05 civic ex auto 1.7 p0340 HELP!!!!

Ok so the one and only code I have is p0340 bout 1000 miles before this started to occur I changed oil, air filter and oil filter. Now I will start off by saying before the car warms up it runs like a champion like its in perfect working order but the CEL light is on. As soon as it gets to operating temperature that's when I start having the problems. The problem I am having with car is after warm up the car can only pin out at about 3400 RPM and will stall intermittently when idling. When I go to drive it it bucks at that 3400 Rpm and than shifts. Intermittently when I am driving it will completely die but then start going again. I tried resetting the ecu by pulling the FI/ECU fuse then letting it idle for ten min to relearn the fuel trim that did not work. I made sure the connection at the cam sensor was tight and pulled off the connector and used dialectic grease to get a better connection that did not work. I have been reading that people with the code p0340 have changed sensor out replaced and then continued three days later with the same problem. I am trying to see before I swap the sensor out myself what other tests I can do

Car info

2005 Honda Civic EX 1.7 A/T no modifications done to the car.

Note bought the car used with 50,000 miles now has 63,000 miles on it. When I bought the car it had an aftermarket keyless entry. No sounds were made up until bought a day before this problem occurred started to make beeping sounds when I unlocked and locked the car and came to find out it has a automatic car starter on it. Highly doubt this alarm activating itself has anything to do with it but figure I would throw that in there

I would have the wiring checked out.. Attempt to eliminate that as the problem.
