Replace intake and exhaust valves
I just found out that I have to replace the intake and exhaust valves on my '01 Civic but I'm not completely sure about it. Does anyone know of someplace to get step by step instruction to tackle this little monster?

Why do they have to be replaced?

bump. i changed my head gasket and just by looking at the valves/spring assembly, it makes me never want to get that involved

Why do you think you have to replace the valves? are they bend? do you have compression?

Unless your really familiar with the job your best bet is pulling the head and sending it to a machine shop.
