Help! 1.7 Timing prolems

04 1.7 SOHC. Timing tensionor broke, grenaded valves. Had the head rebuilt, installed it today in accordance with instructions (UP on cam pulley, marks even with head, mark on stator lined up on crank with keyway up, etc) but the car still wont run.

My question is, is it possible to be 360' off on my crank position? Im thinking that the crank keyway up on one rotation is the exhaust stroke, up on the next rotation is compression. Is this the possible? Thanks for the help!!

Is this the possible?

No; UNpossible. 2:1 drive ratio between the crank and cam.
Spin the crank twice for every one turn of the cam.
Make sure you spin it counterclockwise if you do.

PCM can shut it down if the cam timing is off too. Recheck your marks.

Plugs wet or dry?
Lost compression from flooding? Oil the cylinders?
Check for codes?
