Low idle & grinding sound

Low idle & grinding sound
I drive a 2001 Honda civic ex coupe with 148000 miles on it and just did my clutch and about 1500 miles after I did it at idle when the car is warm and it has a really low idle around 200-300 rpm and a grinding noise as well but as soon as I put the clutch in and am driving it goes away. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.
