100,000 mile service and timing belt

my wife's 02 civic is approaching the 100k mark and it is time for the big service.

this is the first and only honda we have ever owned and i have no clue what to expect for a tune up service.

we will need to have the timing belt changed too i guess as the mileage is currently 96,xxx. how much should that cost and should it all be done at the same time? i have seen every cost from 200 to 800 for the timing belt. the big thing is we want to keep this car as long as possible so getting the maintenance done right is priority.
