Marker Light
I have an interesting phenomenon and hoping the experts on this forum can guide me in the right directions.
I have a 2001 Civic Lx.
When I turn on my headlight, the left front side marker will not turn on. But, If I activate the left signal light, it blinks.
(left front side marker = left signal light).
I check the fuse diagram, and followed all the lines, and it doesn't make sense to me why the signal light would work, but when I activate the headlight, the marker would not.

2 filaments inside 1 bulb. 1 filament = signal / 1 filament = marker.

You likely just need a bulb.

Yup, changed the bulb, that was it. The one of the two filaments burned out. Never realized that there are two filaments.
