2002 civic ex 1.6 vtec when the engine speed hits 3800 to 4000 rpm the car falls on its face but if you turn off key and restart engine problem no longer exist untill the car goes through a full cooling cycle then the issue will reoccur anyone had this issue? it has a p1259 dtc and the MIL or CEL comes and goes it will only break up or fall on its face when the car is cold and first started.
