head light / blinker/ parking light question

ok so i noticed a while ago that when i click my factory alarm button to open my doors that only my passenger side parking light would light up so i wanted to change it. i took the bulb out and drive to the auto parts store and my blinker is out(ok the blinker and parking light is the same bulb ) i put the new bulb in and again same issue. now i just went to the store and left my car running with the parking lights on only and the driverside was out but the passenger side was lit. now the blinker works fine when i turn it on but if i put the parking lights on, the light does not come on what can cause this any help thanks

Inspect the socket, gently move wiring and socket with marker lamps on and see if it flickers or trys to work.

Still confused, Passenger side out ? Driver side out ?

Double check the bulbs and bulb part #s and look at the sockets terminals. If o.k. you likely have an open connection.
