No Drl, no low Beams ???? any suggestions

I've own a 02 civic LX and a few weeks ago i lost my low beams but still had my drl and high beams read up on it and it says its the combination switch, so got a new part and slapped it in there.
However the day before my drl light on my dash comes on and i no longer have low beams or driving lights, so as the forum suggested i re solders the connections.
So now i have them both replaced but i still dont have drl or my low beams and while i was poking around i noticed that my driver side bulb burnt out again and i replaced it about 3 months ago

any ideas at all would be greatly appreciated

there is a recall, and only part of it involves changing the light switch. there is also a wire that needs to be replaced and possibly a connector. i can send you the recall paper just pm your email. but any honda dealer should fix for free since its a safety recall.
