Re: A/C not working

I would definitely get a second opinion. Honda is going to charge you near $2000 and it may not fix it. I've never heard of the ECM/PCM going bad make the A/C not work. I would start by jumping the A/C switch and/or relay.

Re: A/C not working

Download the manual: https://www.civicforums.com/forums/1...e-updated.html There is a diagnostic for the A/C system and step-by-step diagnosis. Sorry, I should have told ya this first but, I was at the end of a long day.

Re: A/C not working

So I am done trying to figure out what the problem is with my A/C a mechanic said he could put a toggle switch in and i could use it to operate my A/C instead of the regular A/C button ..... he says it perfectly ok and nothing will burn out in my car because it will go through the A/C relay its just a different switch to turn it on and off......is there anyone else on here who has ever had this done before
