steering wheel pulls back after being rotated either direction..
hey guys, recently ive noticed when i turn my wheel and slightly release my grip it yanks back in the direction it came from, this is most noticeable while parked. when im driving i slightly pulls right and left, not overly noticeable, any ideas? thanks also on a sidenote do our timing belts get changed every 100k KM or miles, ive heard so many contradicting answers, i have 170 000 km on mine thanks!
