Warning : Your battery is about to die!
This is following up to my Door Lock Noise thread. Check it if you want some back ground.
Basics - Brand new car as of Oct 2001. Disconnected battery to work on car about 3 weeks ago. Battery somehow died. Friend jumped car. Got battery checked at AutoZone next day and was told it was fine.
So I wax my car last night. Started it once to move it into my driveway. Car has passive alarm arming, so out of habit, I disarm every time I open door to get towel, wax, etc. This is done like 5-10 times. I start my car again halfway through waxing. Someone moved their car in driveway so I backed out some more to have room. Noticed the door lock noise again this time and the engine stained a tiny bit when I started her up the 2nd time. Disregarded and finished up waxing. Like an hour later, I was done with everything and was gonna head over to friend's place. Battery died again! Was no where near the battery. Didnt even so much as open the trunk. Anyone have an ideas whats going on?
The Warning - If you hear a prolonged door lock pulse and the engine strains while starting..be ready to have someone help you jump your car.

Sounds like it may be a problem with how your alarm is hooked up ... is it OEM alarm or aftermarket? May also be how you re-hooked your battery after you disconnected it. I would definitely ask a mechanic to check it out ... ask him to test the battery's charge and fluid, and check also that the alternator is charging your battery properly.
EDIT: oops, just saw that you already got someone to check your battery. Ok, it definitely sounds like your alarm (or power lock motor) is draining your battery. Take it back to the alarm installer (or dealer if it's OEM).

Its OEM alarm. KevinFWB actually asked me that on my Door Lock thread. Could using the power locks several times actually drain your battery?
