hello and thanks in advance to anyone who can lead me towards fixing this...

I have a 04 ex coupe manual that doesnt sound very good (link to video below)

Thought it was the throwout bearing and yesterday put in a new clutch/throwout/input shaft bearing and flushed trans fluid (carefully looked for metal but saw none)

the video is after new clutch (which I needed anyways)

Idk if it is the trans or the engine that is making that noise...only can be heard when below ~4k rpm in all gears (but road noise eventually becomes louder when going faster)

when in neutral or holding clutch in and revving engine does not make the sound at all so if it is an engine issue its a problem that is load specific
