2002 Civic LX won't start with parking brake set
Never heard of this problem before. I parked nose-up on an incline (parking brake set) and it wouldn't start. I parked nose-down on the same incline (parking brake set) and it wouldn't start. Parked on the same incline both ways without the parking brake, starts up with no problems. Set the parking brake while on a flat surface, it won't start. Each time, it'll crank, but won't turn over. Anyone else ever hear of this and know how to fix it?
