Hey Guys, new here, I didnt know where to post this so i figured id just do it here.

Anyway I have a 2000 Civic EX and was looking to put a new exhaust on it. I was looking at the HKS Hi-power for it, but i haven't really done any work to my civic so i'm not really sure whats good and whats not. Any ideas on a good exhaust to put on or anyone have any experince with HKS?

Get this, http://www.dashzracing.com/Exhaust-C...48322-1-3.html , i have the same type of exhaust for my 2002 Civic Ex and its great and doesn't sound ricey!!! And its hella cheaper than any other exhaust.

that looks fairly cheap kinda like a ebay exhaust i would stick with the HKS idea.

I have a Megan Racing drift spec on my 02 sedan, it sounds nice, only 350$ and quality all around. Id recommend it because I researched for over a month trying to find one that would sound raspy. This catback has a throaty deep tone.

If you get an exhaust you dont want to get something cheap like 100. It will not be as good as the rest. The hks hi power exhaust is a good exhaust. There are alot of great brands of exhaust that are very good. HKS, Apexi, Tanabe and so forth they are all good exhaust systems.

well some off us don't live in the desert were rust is of no concern cheap exhaust means cheap steel cheap steel equals rust and rust equals buying another exhaust after 2 years and paying the equivalent of a high quality exhaust like hks not to mention the sound dampening material used doesn't last long on cheap canisters . so basically what im getting at is do it rite and spend the extra cash so it doesn't come back to bite you in the ***.

It can bite me in the *** twice and i would still pay less. Either way just trying to help someone out. And I have had my exhaust for quite some time haven't had a single problem with it.

well i have experience with low and medium grade ebay exhaust and they each had there own problems withe either fitmeant,sound quality,rust,and durability im also trying to help him by encouraging him to do it rite the first time its not my fault your ignorant.
