Re: Shifting problems at high rpms

more info needed... Why new clutch/slave cylinder? (this might not have anything to do, but one wonders...),
is the clutch engaged all the way? Can you step in the pedal all the way with your seat settings?
What RPM are you doing it? Also, you are supposed to be lifting the throttle when shifting up, blipping the throttle when sifting down, etc, etc...

Re: Shifting problems at high rpms

my 2002 civic DX 5 speed sedan does this when I want to down shift. say if Im going 40mph, it wont let me go into 3rd gear, i think its just the computer or something preventing me from hurting my tranny/clutch, my clutch is just street regular nothing staged or stuff like that to handle crazy torque forces.
