Re: air dies after 30 min

ok so i turned on the car ran the diagnostic check. i heard it do some stuff then nothing blinked.

then i ran the car till the air died out and did the check again with the same result.

one thing to note is that the a/c light does not come on during the test like the instructions say.

Re: air dies after 30 min

Sounds like a bad heater control panel. You also may want to check whether the rear connector is seated tightly.

im pretty sure its not a connector due to the fact it always breaks down after a set amount of time.

Re: air dies after 30 min

What you say does not really rule out a loose connector. It's pretty easy to just check. Otherwise, my guess is that the control panel is toast. Good luck.

Re: air dies after 30 min

You could try gently moving the connector at the motor and at the transistor once it quits and see if it trys to work again. Would indicate a poor connection.

The relay for the blower motor is located in the under-hood fuse box.
