Question Need Part Number

I been looking on my local Honda dealership's website and i cant find the this part or its number... So please help because right now my aftermarket eBay-Special shift **** is junk, and I'm tired of the shift boot sagging all the time.

The part that i need the number of is the Silver Collar that sits right under the shift ****. I even the called the Honda dealership near me for help and they didn't even know what part i was talking about.
