squeeking noise once in a while..?

The car makes its noise from the back right tire.. I can't really take it to a mechanic because it makes the noise SOMETIME... like in a 200 yard or so.. it makes the noise.. and i didn't even brake.. i thought mayb the brakepad is too old.. but since i didn't even brake and it still make the noise should i worry..? or what is causing this..?

its the brake shoes/drums in the rear. mine does it too and while lubing the cable worked for a while, the noise eventually came back. usually i can get it to make the noise by playing with the e-brake up and down. but it could happen even when youre not pressing the brakes too cause there is still some light pressure being applied all the time. it mightbe a good idea to have them checked, and if they say there is plenty of shoe left, just have them lube the brake cable and send you on your way til its time for new shoes.
