oil filler cap

hi all , i ran into a big issue now need you guys advise what could be the problem . I have white smoke coming out of my oil filler cap as well as my oil catch tank !!! , could it be worn piston ring or valve issue . My engine has being rebuilt and clock only 10000km only...

white smoke usually means coolant is burning, which usually means blown headgasket.

turbo? idk, the pcv system is already very efficient

am running NA , compression is about 13 , stage 2 cam ,valve spring upgraded and fully ported head . Had broken the tensioner pulley twice , but did not hurt any of the engine component. Head gasket has being change lately . Water temp and oil temp all running around 80+ degree . I Still suspect the oil ring or valve seals. By the way any one manage to customize the tesioner pulley to make it dead rather then able to move.

compression seems very high and could explain why the head gasket is blowing.

maybe i will just strip the head and check on the gasket again ... gearbox do you think the rings are worn.
