Download the manual- there is a link at the end of the first post in this thread:

Mainly you need to pull the head, and then make sure you use the correct criss-cross unbolt pattern so your dont warp the head. From there you need to remove your valve springs, there is a link to my video DIY in my sig. Then have some assembly lube for the install and repeat the whole process backwards.

hey thanks for that link, im gonna have to check it out later today when i get home from work. I notice you have the stage 2 crower cam and the vafc. I have the same thing and it runs like crap and wont idle. Do you also have these problems? that is why i am taking out my cam and putting my stock one in because i am throwing so many codes. are you having any of these problems or had these problems?

Re: Help, need to change my cam out!!
The stage 2 cam needs the valve spring upgrade from crower, or supertech. Aside from that, you need something to tune it with... vafc2 wont do anything but help set vtec points and monitor AFR. You need to pick up something where you have the ability to change the parameters to fix this- which pretty much boils down to AEM EMS, or Hondata Kpro. It'll run you about 1,000 bucks to pick up either of these- then you need to get it dyno tuned. Making power isnt cheap- go big or go home!!

Yep i got the up graded retainers, and im getting the k pro but just wanted to see if where i got my car tuned at did a crappy job. Im going to need the ecu out of the rex for the k pro correct?

You can get it from several K series engines i believe- check the hondata website: http://www.hondata.com/kpro.html
