ATF changeout

Hi,
I'm new here. Nice site. I have an '01 LX (auto) which is overdue for an ATF change.
On my other vehicles, I simply drain the pan and refill several quarts above normal. I then disconnect the return line from the cooler and push new ATF completely through the system.
My question is where is the best place to break into the return line? Thanks.
