Rep Power: 0 7th gen EX AUTO engine rpms at 60 mph?
I might have a chance to buy an off lease 2004 Civic EX sedan with automatic. Does anyone know what the engine revs are in the the 7th gen EX automatic Civic @ 60 mph. I know my 5 speed 2001 LX is right at 2500 rpms and the EX 7th gen 5 speeds I drove were higher yet @ around 2900 rpms.
I do not want to have a car with a busy engine. If anyone knows for sure I would really appreciate it.

My 2007 EX/AT sedan tends to sit at around 2200 to 2300 rpm crusing at a steady 70mph on fairly level roadways. My tach is right near 2000 rpm on the same kind of roadway cruising at 60 mph.
