Diagnose my problem.
My car squeels pretty loudly whenever im in reverse and it sounds like its coming from the driver side tire area, and whenever im driving there is like a metal on metal rubbing noise i hear coming from the passenger side tire area, could this be my brakes? Wheel bearing?

Ick. I'd pull the tires off and have a peek at the brakes. Either that or possibly your CV axles. I'd start with the brakes first though. When was the last time you had them replaced, mileage-wise?

Quite possibly the brakes. If its coming from both sides, I doubt its the belts. Brake pads have little "squealer clips" which are wear indicators and when they start making noise you need to check your pads and probably replace them.

Re: Diagnose my problem.
the reverse squeel sound happens once n awhile, now the metal on metal rubbing/scratching sound happens all the f'n time, and it sounds like its getting worse..I dunno if this helps but i lowered the car about a month ago and didn't put a camber kit on yet...strapped for cash, also my alignment is off a bit i think. Any of these play a roll perhaps?

No. Pull your damn tires and look at the brakes already. If you let them go too long your pistons will come out of the calipers and then you're really ****ed.
