Annoying noise from "A Column"!

An annoying noise is coming from the right A column for a while. When I knock the plastic part (seen on the pics), it sounds like no clamp is holding it. There is no problem with the left one but the right one has a problem. I tried to feed it's back with some type of filling but it didn't work. Looks like there is a huge space on it's back.
How can I fix this? How can I pull this part out? Thanks!
