Weird sound when accel from dead stop

Everytime i accelerate from a dead stop i hear what sounds like water rushing through a pipe , or rattling of something. It never doesnt happen. No matter if the car is warmed up or cold. I read something about a loose heat shield under the Cat... All seems well. Its really really annoying and honestly sounds like your in a house and someone flushes the toilet upstairs and u hear the water flowing through pipes , its messed up. Or as one person put it , keys rattling..

I want this fixed!
