My cars having this grinding kind of noise when I accelerate from dead stop. Its very audible at low RPMS and i have noticed it on the first 3 gears. When the car is neutral and i rev it, Theres no noise at all. So that means nothings wrong with the engine. Just for the curiosity I tool it to PEPBOYS .. I never go there but i was like ahh they chk it for free let me find out wats up u know ... The guy took a drive with me .. and then he drove for a while ... Tells me its not the engine but probably the Tranny is going bad ... and it will cost somewhere around $1500 to fix it

Seriously now, What could it be. I dont really know how to work on cars and stuff... To be honest I have never even changed my cars oil by myself. I was wondering if i shud get the TRANNY FLUID checked from somewhere but i dont know where to get it done from or How to do it. Can someone on the forum help me out please ? Ill apreciate it. Thanks

Change the tranny fluid?
