Car shaking in 3rd gear

Car shaking in 3rd gear
My steering wheel was shaking when I was at moderate speeds (typical out of balance tires symptom) so I got the tires balanced. It fixed the problem, but now whenever I shift into 3rd, my car will shake, sometimes it is worse than others. It won't do it at all sometimes... but that is rare. Do I have to get them re-balanced again?
