Around -25 deg Celsius (-10 farenheit) my shocks feel totally stiff and sorta makes a crunchy sound when going over this little bump in the road. I can totally feel it. It's just a small dip into the ground from what I recall. Not as big as a parking lot speedbump but felt like I went over one (at about 60 km/h; around 37.5 mph).

Pretty sure. It was fine earlier in the day. And it still feels pretty good on moderately cold days. It's a bit warmer tonight and it felt fine.
