So i steer quickly (jerking) the wheel to the right and i hear a pop from the front right of the car then i let go and everything is perfectly back to normal

im dropped on HR springs and stock struts (could be it) im thinking tie rod?

you say your lowered? then your springs might not be set right and the "popping " noise your hearing might be your springs popping. to check your tie rods jack up the front of the car and shake your tires back and forth and have a buddy look for anything moving abnormaly, then shake it up and down, very hard and check your ball joints and bearings.

Drift sounds like an alignment is needed. I'd be checking the crash bolts for being tight, then checking that the shocks are indexed. One of those 2 is likely the pop/slam noise.

I know how to check the tie rod , and i already stated its not that. its also not the popping from the springs because we all know that when lowered on springs its common for that pop to happen when your not moving. im thinking its just in need for a front end alignment which im going to get today.
