LX to EX exhaust problem

I first started off with a Magna flow catback but then got headers and converted to EX exhaust setup. My local exhaust shop did a custom coversion with a high flow cat to my catback. It worked find, no engine problems but they had to bend the first magna flow pipe, before the pre muffler, so it doesnt hang as low as it did. It was fine at first but after a few bumpy roads it started hitting the frame. They told me that the pipe expands up to an inch or so and that was causing it to hit or something. Im not sure how to fix it, is there a better quality metal that wont expand as much or can it be custom mounted because there is no rubber mount at that point. Please help

what/where is it hitting exactly? When I installed my magnaflow cat-back I had a problem with it rattleing against my front sway bar. I bought a sway bar and bushings for an 03 EX and had it installed -- no more rattle! I am not sure about every years LX/DX models, however I know for a fact that the 02 DX sway bar is huge compaired to the 03 ex model.. where exactly did they bend it too?

Its an auto 05 LX sedan btw. It was hanging low before and would scrape so they just bent it up higher to the frame under the front passenger seat. Im not sure exactly what its hitting but it doesnt hit all the time. When im at high rev it hits some times or when im turning sharp. It also almost always does it when im on the freeway and it downshifts to go up hills etc.
(high rev at 65-80+) I think it can be moved more toward the wheel but it would require a new pipe probably. If this doesnt fix it, could i just replace the cat with a downpipe? would that fix the vibration problem?
