Issues with Door Locks, Wipers, Lights, etc.

Issues with Door Locks, Wipers, Lights, etc.
My car is effed up, but I think it may just be a small fix. First, the light stays on in my car for the left blinker, but only after I try to use it. Then a whole host of other problems occurs:
-Doors won't lock.
-Windows won't roll up.
-Left signal will not work and the relay makes a buzzing sound.
I did just get it repaired from an accident, but the body shop is baffled. Any Help?
