fatal Error is an unknown quantity at this point

weird sway...

So i've been noticing only when it rain the rear of my car sways....like it wants to kick out... like you know that feeling when you are driving a RWD and it starts to get loose on you ?....does anyone know why this would happen and how to fix it ?
