TYC projectors - low beam probs

TYC projectors - low beam probs
Low beams on tyc projectors aren't turning on. Need some help. Parking lights and high beams are working fine. Actual low beam bulbs aren't blown...and I checked the smaller headlight fuses in the fuse box. I have no idea what it could be, I know nothing about headlights. Help me out Please.
