use a regular socket wrench. put a pipe at the end of the wrench to get more leverage. always works for me when i have a stuck in bolt.

Use the cheater-bar method. Works every time. I've had to use a 5-foot pipe and two guys' full weight, but it works.

I paid 4 bucks each at Lakeshore Honda in Toronto. I hate those bolts, it took three guys, an acetylene torch and half a can of liquid wrench to get those out for me.
