slowwww retracting seat-belts

Is there a way to make them faster? They retract so slow that if I shut my door too fast upon exiting they get stuck in the door jam. Thanks. Also, what's up with the Pix Gearbox included in his Throttle adjustment DIY? Anyone?

Thanks.. Gearboox, I would like to adjust my throttle, do you have any pics of how to do it. I read the DIY and the pic you had posted is no longer showing.. I don't know why, but this is the only DIY I have had problems with. Thanks

when you adjust the cable just definatley make sure the car is warmed up while you are doing it or your car will rev really high on idle, i just figured it wouldnt matter and while i was driving my car would idle at 3k rpms
