electrical problem

i'm haveing a problem with my blower motor

the motor works fine and there is 12v coming to the connectors to the blower motor when its unplugged. but when i plug it in, the negative cable doesnt want to work.

the negative cable runs to a sensor in the hvac box, it is in plain sight with. this sensor is denso part 077800-0682. it has two screws holding it in and has a 4 wire connector feeding it. one comes from the motor, one goes to ground, and two going/coming from the fan speed potentiometer.

if anyone has an electrical diagram, can you tell me what the voltages accross these connectors are as well as the resistance between them.

thanks
