When the car is in drive but stopped, im only idling at like 400, and when its in neutral its only at like 500, this seems low, How to i do the idle relearn? I held it at 3000 rpms till the fan came on and then let it sit 5 min, but it did not work.. I did this after driving the engine hot though, Does it need to be cold before i do the idle relearn? Or should i just try tightening the throttle cable?

BUMP, is the first white line on the rpm's 0 or is it 500, i searched and got different responses.
