Engine shaking and idling at 2K, jerks when shifts(auto) HELP HELP!

I had recently gotten into an accident with my baby, 3800 in damage from some old bitch, thank God insurance company took my side

Anyway, just today I went to go pick the car up from the body shop, body work is fantastic so Im happy and ready to go. I turn the key and I almost throw up, the car is idling at 2000rpm, and bouncing around, I can actually see the needle moving up and down about 200rpm!

I begin to drive it and then in noticed even worse, when I would let go of the gas say at 35 mph the car would jerk back and forth almost as if it was a manual and i dindt know how to drive it. The jerking wasnt violent, but it seemed like I was going over a small series of bumps.

The tranny feels as if it shifts slower also, I dunno if its because the ECU is in safe mode or smthng tho, I have no clue whats going on.

The only thing I can think of is an exhaust problem. When the tow truck came to pick up my baby the exhaust(hks hipower, so ya know it hangs low) got pushed up as it was gtoing on the tow truck. This also happ when it was coming off. So the ONLY possible thing I can think of is that the flange came loose and its causing a backpressure problem causing the engine to do this.

I have a 6:00 App. at Honda Tom night, but I would much rather hear it from you guys!

PLEASE HELP I feel like **** I havent had my car since March 22nd and now this.

BTW the car only has 5K miles

Definatly take it back to the body shop..... they might have messed up the throttle cable adjustment so thats why its idling so high. Also, the motor might be shaking pretty badly because of a bad motor mount.... who knows though, its definatly the body shops responsiblity since they "fixed" the car.
