CAR TURNS OFF

I HAVE MY CAR FOR SIX MONTHS NOW. ON THE SECOND MONTH, I WAS AT A LOCAL MALL, I BRAKED AND SUDDENLY...
THE CAR WENT OFF, AND IT'S AN AUTOMATIC. THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON FOR THE CAR TO GO OFF. I HAPPENED ONLY ONCE BUT... IT CAN HAPPEN AGAIN. CAN SOMEBODY GIVE ME A CLUE HERE?

Don't know what to tell you except go to your dealership and tell them what happened and have them look at it
