Stopping pebble noise under car

Everytime I drive slowly over rocks and pebbles, I always hear them under my car wheels. I just added this spray a hour ago that supposely going to help reduce the noises. Anyone think it will help? Any suggestions?

I forgot the name since it is in my garage but it is basically a spray that after drying it turns into a thin rubber layer coat. It's main purpose is for cars and is sold at Pep Boys.

rubber under coating?

Where did you spray it?
In the wheel wells or on the tires?

underbody rubber coating...... I think it's only used under the chassis and I don't think it reducing noises.

On the can it says that it reduces noises from pebbles and rocks. I know they may just say that to get everyone to buy it. I guess it cant hurt. I already have it applied and it is probably already dry.

I dont see how spraying something on the wheel wells will reduce the noise? You will still hear the pebbles as you drive over them.

How new are your tires ?? Newer tire always fling rocks for quite a while. I have always used factory splash guards on every car I have owned.

Well I bought the car a year ago used and I am not sure if they were brand new when I bought it. The tread is still pretty good on them. I only drove 12,000 miles after I bought it. The noise gets annoying after awhile. I used to have a Camry before my car and you would never hear anything like you can with the Civic. Just trying to find the best way to stop pebble and rock noise.
