Apparently a plastic bag melted on my catback exhaust and it won't come off. I noticed when I was driving home when I smelled something funny and i looked under my car and a piece of plastic was melted on it. I ripped it off and I can't get the crap off. Anyone have advice?

either let it eventually burn itself off, or get a drill and use a sander pad and sand it off or use some sanding paper.
