Wet floor?

Over the past couple days I've noticed a bad smell inside my car as soon as I get in. It smells sorta like cat pee. I keep my interior clean, so there's nothing in there that would make it smell funny. Today I pulled back the passenger side of the rear floor mat, and found the carpet is soaked. I don't see any place where water can be getting in. The weatherstripping is all good and I never leave the sunroof or windows down. Anyone have any ideas as to how this is happening? My car is a 2001 EX Coupe. Thanks for any advice!

Yeah, I was thinking that he might have a leak from the windsheild. I had my windshield replaced and it leaked at the top and I could see water going in when I took a hose to spray it to find out where the leak was. Good thing that it was still under warrenty and it was resealed. How I knew it leaking was on a rainy day I saw a drop of water run down from the passenger side door on to my speaker. Good thing I discovered the problem early.

Yes, we have had a lot of rain here lately. So a windshield leak can make the floor behind the front seat wet? That doesn't sound quite right. The seat itself has not been wet, and neither has the floor in front on the seat. I can't figure this one out...
