Axle??
So I cut the power steering belt bout 4 monts ago for th powe gains ( I say it give more then an intake, plus u get a work out ) now iam hearing a noise in the left front tire each time I make a sharp turn - mostly under 20 mph - I think I need to put the belt back on and head to the dealer, what do u guys think it can be??
What kind of noise is it exactly? If it is a clicking noise, check the boot around the CV joint. If it is ripped you may have a bad one. They usually don't go for a long time though. Cutting the belt should have no effect on the steering components, besides not being able to turn so easily at lower speeds. Let me know what kind of sound it is and I'll try and help!

My fault mn, acctually it is a single klick. Like something brakes or hits something. It is not repetetive, whe I am turning hear it once and that is it. And it anoys the crap out of me, and I need to fix that stuff cause Venom is waiting to be put on
It sounds like it could be a CV joint. Is anything hanging loose down in that area. You can also get under the car and move the axle up and down side to side to see if it has any excessive play in it. Check the boot first for any cracks or grease seeping out.
