ok, got this weird problem

i can't unlock my passenger side door no matter what (it's a 99 civic si)

keyfob doesn't unlock it, driver's side unlock button doesn't unlock. even when i manually try to unlock it, it moves, but it's like there's so much resistance it still goes back to the locked position

any help?? i've had this problem before, and disconnecting the battery fixed it, but now it's back and disconnecting the battery isn't fixing it.

sounds like the door lock actuator is dead.

well i fixed it, closed the driver's door, locked it with the key, unlocked it with the key, pressed the power lock unlock switch on the driver's door, and it opened. must be some programming issues
