ive got an 01 ex coupe and it got hard to shift one day. to shift into gear i would have to pull it about 3 times just to go into a gear. so i checked my fluids and it all checked out good. so i pulled my console out and the lil white ball the shift goes into was spliting apart when i tried to put it in gear... so i super glued it. it worked great for about a week or so.... and now its doing the same thing. i called honda and got a price for a new shifter assembly and its 75 bucks.... and i seen a revo short throw assembly on ebay for 85.
so has anyone had this problem?
and what would be better? the short throw or just buy the stock?

Rep Power: 0 spend the extra money and go with the revo kit, makes driving easier and more entertaining for me. make sure you get the aluminum shift bushings and greys upgrade too. the revo kit feels real loose without greys kit.

Rep Power: 0 i got my shifter from robear racing $99 and you have to contact "grey" for his upgrade kit $7. go to capyoda for the shift bushings $16
edit: just do a search for grey and capyoda and you can find them easily
