passenger window

Recently I noticed that when I roll up my passenger window the back of the window drops about an inch below the front and the enitre window moves really slow. So in other words the window is leaning back. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Yeah, it's actually the brace-bar on the inside of the door. I was having that problem for a while until I actually changed it out because it was old and corroded (guess from bad weather) and I would have to remove the entire door panel and reset the bar by removing the screw and putting the window back on track (that sucked). Especially when it got cold. I wouldn't even suggest calling a dealer for that part because they will rob you blind.
