weird problem sometimes.

weird problem sometimes.
So gonna try to explain.
Sometimes went i start the car it idles fine no problems at all, but than wen
i start driving it stutters till about 3000rpm even wen i floor it it wont go higher.
Than after a few sec it stops stuttering and it will go fine, or went shut off
the engine and start again it would be fine to.have no cells coming on.....
I have resseted the ecu but wont help it.
Bought the emanage for wen my turbo setup is done but think of putting
it on the car maybe it would be showing some more info or if any one has an
idee let me know.
