Cat elimination
Can anyone please tell me if running my civic without the cat would do anything to the cabin air quality? Also does the removal of the cat drastically effect the emissions of the car. I know the removal of the cat increase hp slightly but is it worth the emissions gained as a result?

neway, there is a header on civics...not headers. its not hard to put a header on any civic. they are right there in front easy to get too. some brands of headers may give you problems with fitment, so just go with a name brand company.
as for the cat, it drastically changes emmissions on your car and if u have emmissions testing in your county u will not pass. inside air quality? isnt too bad. i have had a resonator (thats what the megan racing cat is is just a resonator) for about 1 1/2 years now and if im on it real hard for more than like an hour, it gets a burning fuel smell but not so much on the inside, more on the outside.
