Rep Power: 0 Idle at 1500
What could cause my car to idle at 1500? Could it be the MAP sensor has a crappy connection? I am boosted, and have a MAP Box to alter the signal, the connection sucked at first, but I resoldered it last night and its still doing it. The MAP did F up on me, when it first came loose, but its all good now. It wouldnt be my clutch slipping, would it, cuz its not in gear. My clutch is pretty fried, though. Any input would be great, thanks a lot!

Rep Power: 0 I just remembered. When installing the turbo, I had to shave part of the IM (well my friend did it), and they put a little hole in it. They put JB Weld on it to fix it, this could be a major problem, huh? If there was a leak in the IM, would that cause a high idle? I need to check this out when I can jack my car up

Rep Power: 0 It hasnt been idling to bad lately. It drops to normal pretty fast when Im at a complete stop. Sometimes it hops up and down though. If I put the car in first, let off the clutch slightly, and take it out of gear, it stops it. I am wondering if my tranny has some issue with it. Could be.
